Refund policy
We hope you love your order, but if something’s not quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In their original condition with tags attached

Returned in the original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
To start a return, email us at hello@dressedbynoon.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send it.
Please note: A flat $6 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, feel free to reach out before submitting a request.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, the best approach is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you’re entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund (minus the $6 return shipping fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
